The Role

As the Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator you will work directly with our Marketing Manager to grow our audience and forge meaningful relationships with women entrepreneurs both online and in person.

You LOVE social media, you’re passionate about digital marketing and you have a determined, competitive edge.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Writing social media posts, ad copy, Instagram stories content and Instagram feed content
  • Management and tactical implementation of all aspects of our Instagram account
  • Ensure that all content across our social media platforms aligns with current offerings
  • Engage in community outreach to build our Facebook community
  • Support list-building objectives organically to meet monthly goals
  • Nurture women entrepreneurs inside our private Facebook group to keep engaged and participating
  • Assist in copy for emails, funnels, pages, etc.
  • Co-manage + organize all launches and other conversion events with Marketing Manager
  • Co-direct content for all launches and other conversion events
  • Build individual database of women entrepreneurs and execute on regular follow up and nurture
  • Follow set metrics-based tracking system for all sales and marketing activities and reporting/recapping progress to Marketing Manager daily
  • Audio and video editing, production and promotion for Youtube and podcast
  • Get on team calls every day to review current company happenings and stories focus for the week
  • Update link in bio each week based on what we are promoting
  • Take all content sent from media appearances and turn into stories, feed posts, etc.
  • Upload new 2 minute tip videos and podcast videos into IGTV format properly, tag and optimize to ensure 2 new pieces of content are added to IGTV each week
  • Make sure all new pictures are stored correctly in photo gallery
  • Message all new followers each day, welcoming them to our community
  • Add minimum of 10 new followers per day to email list and Facebook group
  • Send 200 Follow-up messages per day to engage current followers
  • Engage on 100 other accounts each day of people that you want to pay attention to what we are doing
