Hiring is one of those behind-the-scenes functions of a business that outsiders don’t get to see. That’s why, today, I’m sharing how exactly I created my hiring plan for the rest of 2020. It’s also how I’m activating my power in my business.
Power is one of the three pillars of this show, along with Presence and Position. Not only is power a loaded word when it comes to women and business, but it requires you to have immense clarity and conviction. Hiring the right people requires you to use your power to shape your future.
