If you really want to grow your business this year, you’ve got to stop playing small. Instead, start thinking about how you’re going to 10X your business in the next year. Your vision for 10 years from now doesn’t have to be in 10 years, it can be much much sooner.
My guest today believes that exponential thinking as a strategy for entrepreneurs to scale their companies is alive and well. He’s an international business growth coach with over 30 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience. After taking multiple companies from startup to $500 million, he knows a thing or two about scaling.
