My Half-Year in Review

I LOVE it when people I respect share details of their “year in review”. So I decided to do an epic “Half-Year in Review” post where you will discover the 20 MAIN projects I accomplished in the business in the first half of 2021.

These 20 projects all supported 3 core initiatives we worked on as a company.

While this post will focus exclusively on the business.  I will start with one big personal update:

We bought a beautiful home and moved to a new town.

Moving on, here’s the business update. And while I am mostly using the word “I”, please keep in mind that ALL of the items listed involved the contribution, expertise and overall panache of my Safi Media colleagues in small or massive ways, depending on the task. It takes a village.

  1. I created, recorded and published 26 original podcast episodes.
  2. I wrote and published 78 original newsletters.
  3. I launched a new marketing and content distribution strategy.
  4. I designed and launched two original webinars: Ridiculously Bold, Astoundingly Brazen: Command Cash With An Impossible to Copy Marketing Voice and Niche Down, Cash Up: How to Use the “DRT Method” to Finally Break Free of Overwhelm, Reclaim Your Time and Scale Like A Boss.
  5. I delivered above webinars a total of 18 times.
  6. I interviewed and hired a fantastic new Client Concierge & Administrative Assistant.
  7. I interviewed and hired 7 subcontractors to work on specific high value projects.
  8. I designed and delivered three, 2-day virtual retreats for The Incubator on the following topics:
      • Bossed Up Boundaries
      • Warrior Queen Branding
      • Profitable Partnerships
  9. Created a sold-out workshop on scaling services businesses entitled: Beyond One to One
  10. Wrote and released our second TEXTBOOK, this time for The Incubator. It’s called,  Infinite Cash Machine: The Thinking Woman’s Guide To Create, Launch and Sell Your Six Figure Scalable Offer.
  11. Released two new in-depth training modules for The Incubator.
  12. Codified and released our Jewel Business Model – a new growth paradigm for women entrepreneurs. (This was HUGE in terms of truly positioning the work we do in a category of one.
  13. Solidified our applied coaching practice, including clearly written philosophies, approach and guiding principles for our coach team. This is part of what we call our “Full Court Press” Approach and it’s a huge piece in the development of a new asset we’ll release in 2022.
  14. Started the hiring process for a new full-time executive coach!
  15. Maintained a 75% close rate on all inbound prospect requests.
  16. Navigated our first maternity leave!
  17. Hired two new coaches – one for strategy and another for energy alignment.
  18. Hosted 52 LIVE group coaching calls for the Power + Presence + Position Business Accelerator AND The Incubator.
  19. Held 15 mastermind calls with my brilliant colleague Kris.
  20. Commissioned gorgeous new swag.

There you have it: 20 key accomplishments from the first half of 2021.
