The Danger Zone For Women Entrepreneurs

(The key words here are “focused plan.” The biggest danger zone happens when you try to drive too many goals forward at one time.)

There’s no charge for this, and it will only take you and I about an hour to map out the plan.

Why so rapid?

Because strategic planning is my strong suit.

Over my years of coaching women entrepreneurs to multiple six figure revenue growth, I’ve gotten laser focused on how to identify the power moves that will get you the biggest results the fastest.

I’ll even do some of the toughest work for you, by outlining specific marketing and outreach strategies to ensure you hit your revenue goal.

At the end of this initial planning session, one of two things will happen:

  1. You’ll LOVE the plan and decide to implement it yourself. At which point I’ll wish you the best of luck and make you promise to keep me updated on your progress.
  1. You’ll LOVE the plan and become my client, so that I can help you implement and optimize the strategy.

Think about it.

The worst that can happen is that you and I spend an hour brainstorming about how to make your business better.

The best thing that could happen is that you get a GREAT strategic plan and high level mentoring around how to grow revenues significantly over the next 12-24 months…whether I help you execute that plan or not.

Here’s how this works.

First, I’ll send through a list of questions I’d like you to answer so that I can privately review those materials and prepare for our call.

Next, we’ll jump on the phone to review the details you’ve provided to me in advance. I’ll also ask you to share with me your vision for future growth, and your revenue goals moving forward.

We’ll use this information to map out a tailored, strategic plan to help you generate significant, profitable growth over the next 12-24 months.

There are a few different ways I might do this for you.

For example, I might show you how to simply and powerfully reposition your company so that you can raise your prices or restructure your offerings to work with more affluent clients.

If you already have an offering that’s selling well, we may decide to map out an ascension offer that allows you to dramatically grow profits by selling more to your existing clients.

And, as I’ve mentioned, there’s no charge for this.

So why am I doing it?

First, because I truly enjoy strategic planning sessions with smart women entrepreneurs. It’s literally one of the activities that I love most inside my business.

And the second reason is because (in all transparency) it’s one of the best ways for me to attract my high level clients.

Let’s assume that you’re thrilled with the plan we lay out. You’ll likely want to continue working together so that I can continue helping you map out these focused plans, and support you in implementing them.

The fee to work with me in this way starts out at roughly $1k per month.

But it many ways it won’t actually cost you anything, because my clients consistently generate anywhere from 30% – 300% revenue growth within a year of working together.

And listen. If you don’t want to become a paying client, no worries. A high pressure sales pitch is NOT on brand for me.

Now. This is NOT for everybody.

I’m extremely selective about who I work with, and I have specific criteria that you need to meet in order for us to proceed.

  1. You have an established business that is generating a minimum of low six figures in annual sales.
  1. You are excellent at what you do and you have a good reputation in the market.
  1. You have a stable business (i.e. not in crisis!) and you’re looking to take things to the next level.
  1. You are an implementor and you’re willing to take action on the strategies we map out (otherwise, we’re both wasting our breath!)

That’s it. Those are my criteria.

If you meet the criteria above and you’d like to talk to me personally about generating significant growth in your business this year, then I’ll happily set aside some time specifically for you. (I almost NEVER do this, by the way).

Here’s how the process works.

First, I’ll ask you to complete a short survey that I personally review.

Then Kelly from my team will contact you to set up a time for us to talk. That call will be between 45-90 minutes.

She’ll email you the list of detailed questions I’d need answered so I can prep for our call.

We’ll hop on the phone and review your goals and past results in detail, so we can map out a solid and simplified growth plan for your business for 2019.

If you see the value in being one of my high end clients, awesome! I’ll fill you in on the details.

If not, no worries – you can take the plan we create on our call and implement it on your own.

Beware – time is of the essence.

I can guarantee you that I will not be able to make time for all the folks who would like to take me up on this offer.
