My name is Eleanor Beaton. I’m the founder of Safi Media, an education and coaching company dedicated to doubling the number of women entrepreneurs who sustainably scale past $1M in annual revenue by 2030. Recognized globally for our transformative work with women leaders and entrepreneurs, we create opportunities for growth and impact.
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and empathetic Sales Appointment Setter/Qualifier to join our team. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, screen them for program fit, and schedule qualified candidates for meetings with our enrollment specialists. By helping us enroll world-class participants into our programs, you’ll directly contribute to advancing our mission and empowering women entrepreneurs globally.
The Sales Appointment Setter/Qualifier at Safi Media position is a unique, career-forging role where you will be expected to:
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to pre-qualify leads.
- Screen inbound leads from our marketing initiatives to ensure they meet program requirements.
- Schedule qualified candidates into the calendars
- Follow detailed scripts and processes to identify the best-fit candidates for the Jewel Business Accelerator program.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client support teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Provide daily updates and performance reports to the team.
As our Sales Appointment Setter/Qualifier, you will work closely with our award-winning team to maximize the company’s impact and help fill and drive the company’s multi-million dollar sales pipeline.
Ultimately, the result you are responsible for is growing the global impact and annual revenue of Safi Media by maximizing the number and quality of prospects in our pipeline.
To be successful in this role, you need to be empathetic and client-focused: you must genuinely care about matching the right people to the right programs.
You need to be both a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and acts on opportunities, and who collaborates effectively and offers support when team members need it.
This is a multidisciplinary role perfect for a smart, hungry person who thrives on innovation, variety and purpose. You need to be business savvy, people savvy and you need to be an excellent written and oral communicator. You are mature, you dislike drama, you can work independently and you do not need a ton of handholding.
We see this as a mid-level to senior role; it all depends on the WHO. You could be earlier in your career but bringing huge energy, drive and commitment. We’d be open to taking you on if you’re a good fit for our team and culture. 🙂 On the other hand, you could be a senior, seasoned pro looking to inject your skills and know how in a growing, mission-oriented company. In either case, the role’s seniority level would morph to match the skills you bring. We’re human like that. 🙂
In return, we offer a competitive salary, plenty of paid leave, and the ability to do meaningful work with a group of exceptionally smart, talented and funny people. We work hard and laugh harder. We get results. We reflect deeply and learn. We are compassionate and tough.
You can read a detailed and technical job description here. If you’re intrigued, please submit your application. If you know someone you think could be a fit, introduce us!
Applications close on January 24th, and we’re looking to have our successful candidate start in February.
Sincerely,
Eleanor ‘Future Colleague’ Beaton
