By using the Sites or providing personal information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites or provide personal information to us.

  • Business information you share, including company name, role, revenue range, team size, and a description of business goals or constraints, when you complete the SAFI Sales Architecture Diagnostic, the SAFI Diagnostic intake, or other forms.
  • Scheduling details when you book a SAFI Diagnostic, advisory consultation, or other call through our calendar booking tools.
  • Payment information when you purchase a paid program or event. Payment card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
  • Communications you send to us, including replies to our emails, messages submitted through contact forms, comments on our content, and direct messages on social channels.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit the Sites, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and language preferences.
  • Usage information, including pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits.

  • To deliver and improve our programs, including the JEWEL Business System, advisory consultations, briefings, and other services.
  • To process applications, schedule calls, conduct diagnostics, and onboard clients.
  • To process payments and manage client accounts.
  • To personalize your experience, including segmenting communications based on your stated business stage, profile, or engagement history.
  • To measure and improve the performance of our content, marketing, and advertising.
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights, property, and the rights and safety of others.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EU and UK Residents)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR or UK GDPR to process your personal information:

  • Your consent, when you opt in to our email list, request a resource, or otherwise affirmatively agree to processing.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only as described below:

5.1 Service Providers

We share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Sites and our business. Each provider is contractually required to use personal information only as needed to provide services to us. Our current service providers include:

  • Keap (Infusionsoft) -- customer relationship management, email delivery, and order forms.
  • Pipedrive -- sales pipeline management and contact records.
  • LeadPages -- landing page hosting and form submissions.
  • JotForm -- form delivery, intake, and quiz embeds.
  • Acuity Scheduling and Calendly -- calendar booking for advisory and diagnostic calls.
  • PlusThis -- calendar reminders and event scheduling automations.
  • Vimeo -- hosting and delivery of video content.
  • Zoom -- hosting of live briefings and consultations.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) -- paid advertising delivery and conversion measurement, including via the Meta Pixel.
  • Google Analytics -- website traffic and usage analytics.
  • Stripe -- payment processing for paid programs and events.

5.2 Advertising and Analytics Partners

We work with advertising and analytics partners that use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to deliver ads, measure ad performance, and analyze how visitors use the Sites. These partners may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites. See Section 6 for more information and Section 10 for your rights to opt out.

5.3 Legal and Safety

We may disclose personal information when required by law, court order, or governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a legal claim.

SAFI operates internationally. When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do share personal information with advertising partners such as Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, which is considered "sharing" under California law. 10.3 Canadian Residents (PIPEDA)

If you are located in Canada, you have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and applicable provincial privacy laws, including the right to access personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate personal information, and withdraw consent to our processing of your personal information.

You may also file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or your provincial privacy regulator.
