Joanna Fields used to be a professional ballerina in London until a car accident compelled her to retire in her 20s and pursue an entirely new career. This turning point led her to Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. (DBSI) where she held a Senior Executive position. Now, Joanna is the founder and CEO of Aplomb Strategies Inc., a regulatory strategies and development firm launched in 2014 that focuses on future-proofing technology solutions for financial clients.
