Fun, fast-growing women’s leadership development company is on the hunt for a committed small group & accountability coach. This is a part-time contract position (with potential to move to full time in the future), and is open to candidates around the world. **You will be trained in our coaching methodologies and training curriculum which will guide how you deliver this service.**

The Role

The Small Group & Accountability Coach accelerates the success of our clients through either 1:1 or small group coaching, facilitation and accountability. Using coaching and training methodologies developed by women’s leadership mentor Eleanor Beaton, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting structured virtual accountability sessions with clients on a 1:1 basis to support their forward momentum and success.
  • Facilitating virtual small group sessions with 10-30 participants where, following a proven structure, you will share a teaching point, facilitate discussion, answer questions, and support next steps, as outlined in our coaching structure.
  • Leading breakout discussions during live events and workshops.
  • Leading webinars or online classes, where you will instruct on curriculum developed by Eleanor Beaton.
  • Occasionally delivering talks and workshops.
  • Timely maintenance of client progress sheets and group call logs.

  • While a pre-existing coaching, teaching or counselling certification/training is an asset, it is NOT a requirement.
  • You are set up as a business and can invoice us in a timely fashion.

Step 2.
